If you look at when NASCAR penalized him it was "actions detrimental to stock car racing", aka you didn't cheat but we saw something we didn't like so a) don't do it anymore and b) we are going to set a precedent by fining and suspending you. Research the evidence. Cheating is when you put jet fuel in the carb (little michael) or magnets under the gas pedal to skew a dyno test (Dave Rogers). Look this stuff up I'm not making it up...

He is the only reason I think the team has won the championships. Johnson does have driving skills but he is as much of a brat in the car as Kyle Busch is. Chad has to constantly calm Jimmie down in the car.
