and guys don't forget there is a way to save your old ESN if one day you would like to sign up with a prepaid company that flashes them. because once you flash your old ESN gets erased!

guys this process works on all androids it doesn't matter what android phone you use as long as you have the incognito as your donor phone and me as a super awesome guide!

brick???? no it wont brick your phone, that only applies to rom's and rooting. but you are going to want to save the nv items of the original phone just in case it doesn't work out and save the service programming, give me a call later so i can explain it to you in more detail

But are you sure that it won't brick my 3D if I use these exact same files and process, which were meant for the Samsung Epic 4G?

yes it is probable, but the coverage wont be the same with since many of their phones work on triband (means three different signals for more coverage) and they pretty much suck i would go with boost anyday.
