@Knowledgeseeker Yes because if they made a pattern season wise of serious season, comedy season, serious season, it would even out the series even more which would be fantastic. Hopefully they'll do it that way so we get two seasons, not just one.

@ZetsubouKodoku Kyoto animation really should animate another season or two of FMP. After all, the series as proven to be popular and successful in both Japan and the United States. If only a network would air FMP in the United States, then its popularity would be even greater.

Before they continue with the main story, I think it would be better to have another Fumoffu to cover more of the side stories. There is about a four month gap the events of SR and Sigma Ch 17 (game changing events).

@ZetsubouKodoku I would recommend you to start reading at Chapter 15 because the previous chapters are related to the Second Raid events (Novels 4 and 5).

It is an extremely good read. I remember one time that I actually read five chapters straight before I realized how much I read. Unfortunately, translators have not been updating it lately for some reason. I am guessing they are preoccupied with another series. Anyway, there are a lot of characters and scenes that need to be animated.

@Knowledgeseeker Yes! Exactly how I feel. Sure the ending to tsr showed an even closer look into their relatioship status, but it didn't go anywhere whatsoever. I haven't read sigma yet but i have one question about it, Is it worth reading?

@ZetsubouKodoku I hope another season gets produced as well. It just doesn't feel right for the anime to be left off so open ended with "The Second Raid." I have read the Sigma manga (FMP manga that started from Volume 4 of the Light Novels and continued upward), and there are so many great things that the anime needs to include.

@ZetsubouKodoku Judging by the fact that the Light Novel series came to an end last year, I wouldn't be surprised if it did happen eventually. Apparently, some online polls indicate a number of fans want the other half of the light Novel series animated as well as wanting them to adapt more side stories for comical value like they did with Fumoffu.

Unfortunately, there has been no confirmation.
