Roy was great for KU, I never begrudged him for wanting to go back to UNC. But this whole public announcement thing was annoying. Why not just put out a statement? Maybe to drum up media interest in the program? Reassure recruits? I still don't know why they went all Lebron on this issue.....

You laughed? Ok. He stayed and took us to 2 final fours. Yeah he left after that but those last years he had at KU were great for the program.
