What we have here is an early beta version of X.O.P for the Sega Dreamcast. This unlicensed shooter has been in production for quite some time. Worked had stopped on it at one point but now with the success of many unlicensed Dreamcast games the team are back on the job.

This version is far from complete which is why the audio is unstable at times as well as the graphics looking rough in a few areas. The side bar graphics will also be changed for sure. I was told the picture of the big breasted anime woman with err, something on her is just temporary. There are also many features to add to the game however in this version you can see that there are some "achievement" options available.

X.O.P. will probably be released under the new title of DalForce but don't take that as 100% certain.

I would actually like to see more developers follow in the footsteps of yuan works and produce something that we haven't seen new on the dreamcast for a long time.

I would like to start seeing some new RPG's or fighting games on the system, or even a new lightgun game. After playing Last Hope, Kurous, and even DUX on the DC, its nice to know that people still care about the DC, but I would like them too think we need something new too.

Just in case anyone is still waiting for this game i found out over a year ago the Main Programmer quit to develop Wii Games supposed...still if any one is wanting shooters...check out Fast Stryker...an Sturmwind..Fast stryker was released toward the very end of last an Sturmwind should be out by June..Sturmwinds looks to have excellent visuals..

this is pure oldschool which i love . ^^ the dreamcast is much harder to kill than the gameboy and the psone in once . =3 I hope that some game-companies gives to this awesome console great games too like some action , horror and beat em up games.^^ I think the dreamcast makes a comeback because this console have earned much more attention than some other gamesystems . HAIL DREAMCAST! =D

@dakangelito ok seriously u must be 9 or something because if u were old enough to remember what it was like owning a snes (or for that matter a mega drive/genesis) or a dreamcast u would know just how amazing they are in terms of gameplay and in my own opinion i prefer to have colour in my games rather than gritty browns and greys like most games today. I am looking forward to seeing if this game comes out and getting it :)

p.s. games today are wayyy to easy.

This is not going to be released. He released XOP on PC, and after that XOP Black. Now he is working ( should be ) on XOP3. I haven't heard about the project for a while. I gotta ask him about it.
