Unless you're using a vegetarian protein powder, your protein shakes are acidic in PH! Animal-based protein sources are acidic in nature. Over time too much acid-forming refined foods and animal-based protein can cause an acidic, disease-prone environment in your body & be tough on your kidneys too. You can alkalize your protein powder or at least shift it's PH back towards like I do with this little trick! Green is Good! However this video is NOT about what brand of protein you are using! In fact I still recommend mostly Whey protein powders!

  • Hello Max, Please be honest with me for what i'm going to ask.

I wanna buy a natural protein powder what I wanna know is does it cause anything to my body? I mean hair loss...Cancer....Kids...Acne..and such things.

  • Thank you Max. Need Advice My Blood work came back from my doctor and He stated that My Tri-Glycerides were up but that everything thing else was fine. He does not want to put me on Cholestrol Medication and I do not want to be on it. Any suggestions? Need a simple diet and workout plan, as I have a small child to take care of.

  • Thanks Max. Spot on advice just when I needed it! Youre a mind-reader!!!

  • All noted, thank you.
