chest workout-one of many exercises

Go heavy first set 6-8 reps
drop 20-30lbs 2nd 8-10 reps
drop 20 lbs for the 3rd 10-15 reps

on ur 4th set go heavier
5th set blast ur chest put sum weight on there :)
