I just put my thumb on the pin and my index finger under it and push forward, seems to work fine.

I have a maverick 88. I just use my ring finger and thumb. I do chamber one first.

@avaiboot Only one shell can fit in the chamber at a time, whereas you can load several into the magazine.

I put the shell in quite differently from what this guy did. I have a mossberg 500. I just use my thumb and index finger and shove it in there.

I find it faster to hold the shell between my 1st and 2nd finger and use my thumb to push it in.
