how do you control the camera so easily... it's kinda hard to walk, jump and rotate the camera with the mouse... what is your secret?

I use a controller, LoL. I've never been good with keyboard controls :(.

For rage: Wait until an orange circle flashes above an enemies head and then when they charge at you, press the "roll" button along with a direction when the screen makes a sort of "blur" effect or a red glow effect. Two crosshairs appear at either side of the screen, when they meet in the middle and turn red press shoot.
At Nathan: I used Fraps to record the video :).
160cm (love the name): It is a speedrun. Getting the shotgun would take up a lot of time ,LoL.
