power team is kinda bullshit. Yes these guys/girls are strong as shit but i feel like they say that they get this amazing strength from god wich is kinda sketchy. What really bothers me is that most of the things are trickery like tearing a phone book and rolling a frying pan it takes some strength but its more just practice. I way a 130lbs and i started ripping phone books in half when i was like 13 and i can roll a frying pan. its technique not really strength.

That's a fair question and I really don't know where he got them. I do know that it wasn't an act, he didn't modify the handcuffs to make them easier to break and seriously, the guy really is wicked strong.
