@HaileyIsAGoddess Yes typically for competitions on this level you are required to preform certain moves on a static pole and on a spinning pole. If you check out the UPDFA's website they have videos on the moves you need to perform for their competitions. Usually for most people moves on a static pole are harder and require more strength and momentum. If you get an x-pole you can set it for either mode, I also believe Platinum stages poles have that option on a few models!
