There's no real need for extra lighting on the volcano map, could have saved Andy the hassle of hauling those Gas Cannons around. I really need a less costly victory this time, and my rookies are managing surprisingly well in spite of poor stats. Aliens are easy to spot in full light with the mutual surprise rule (when two units spot each other simultaneously, reactions are ignored and the active unit maintains initiative) and the map is cleared speedily without casualties. Starting in a corner and having my tank in front lets my aquanauts advance quite safely.
Snugglezilla (our hero from the first mission) is turning into quite a fighting force with his dual dart pistols. Conman is horribly miscast with the Torpedo Launcher, plan was to give him a bit of easy FA experience but it seems like he'll start killing off our own troop if I let him keep his toy. Back to a harpoon + grenades next mission. Andy is failing miserably as a flame thrower, he's back to being a pack mule.
