  • I got the epson artisan 725 and when I print to DVD everything gets smeared and blotchy... am I using the wrong kind of DVD's... I am using memorex DVD+R lightscribe

  • @asiegel1202 Yes, those are the wrong kind of discs. You need inkjet printable discs. We sell them at our cdrom2go site or most electronic stores sell them. For the lightscribe discs, you can either use a lightscribe burner (our lightscribe video is in the related videos list) or you can buy labels, print on the labels and then stick the labels on the lightscribe discs. Theoretically, the second option should work, but you might experience some playback issues especially if you use thick labels.

  • Ive had a look at Epson's website to my shock i found Epson Artisan 710 has been discontinued, means they're no longer selling or making that printer. They've replaced it with Artisan 725!

  • @exxtreem23 We offer the Artisan 725 as the replacement for the Artisan 710 and they are very similar. The 725 is basically a new and improved 710.

  • how do I print from my computer to a cd/dvd?

  • @cajuanaya Buy an awesome printer like this one. :) We have an informative video that could help you out. It's normally listed in the related videos of this video. It's called "Printing CD/DVD Media - Explained by cdrom2go." You can also check out our cdrom2go website or blog for more info.

  • @asiegel1202 Yes you are. Lightscribe discs are made for lightscribe compatiable burners to burn onto with laser. And the result will be a greyscale image. You will need inkjet printable discs and you should be fine:)
