its not just the no gloves! they don't even wear masks or eye-wear!! And its not too close to the face that's how instruments should be passed.

this is reaaally gross, no gloves? but transferring instruments is really tricky when you first start doing it. -_-

they pass instruments way too close to the face
that shows carelessness and someone could easily get pricked or a sharp insturment could fall right on the patients face
im not even going into the fact that nobody has on gloves
