    It's called view freeze. It happens when a video reaches a certain amount of views (usually 301-313). The views are then further scrutinized to make sure there was no view cheating going on. Once that has been determined the view counter will proceed and will also reflect the number of views it received while frozen. This happens to *ALL* videos for *ALL* YT members. Is this the first time you had a vid reach 300? Or first time you noticed?
