She is indestructible, however an indestructible creature can still have it's toughness reduced to zero. Tragic Slip does not deal damage, but rather just gives a -1/-1 (or -13/-13) to the targeted creature. As a result, that would destroy it in a state based effect.

Well i don't blame you but sadly. Indestructible's have weakness like Exile them, may be returned to their owner's hand, can be sent to the top or bottom of an opponent's library, or shuffled back into an opponent's library depending upon the cards that you use, use Auras to prevent them from attacking, blocking, or using their activated abilities, Tap them and keep them tapped, You may also cause your opponent to Sacrifice their indestructible permanents, And they can be countered as well.
