Butcher has a knife like him, but in SH 2, Pyrimid Head is a manifestation of James guilt for killing a huamn. The rust colored one is old blood when he killed Mary. The Scarlet one is for killing Eddie.
I don't know what the deal is with Butcher because I haven't been caught up withg this....
