The Festival of Light was held during 18.-21.11.2010 in Latvian capital, Riga. A bright festive atmosphere prevailed in Rīga as thousands of city residents and visitors to the capital viewed the Third Festival of Light "Staro Rīga" objects. This year there were 75 objects in the Festival programme, which are located mainly in Vecrīga and the city centre.
