what?, that is bullshit. the porcentage that circumcision prevents STDs is so fucking small, that mention it is ridiculous, and it's only "efective" (if we can say that) when we talk about HIV. perhaps in some countries of Africa MIGHT be a little be efective, but in America?, Really? are you kidding me?
