Items REQ To make NRC:
1 Ravens Claw, 30 Black Crystals,1 shadow of tao, 10 dex crystals.
you have to complete some of taggrins quest and john barricades quest in order to talk to fiona =/.
Take in mind we now have the new VIP Claws now, so you might not want this (NRC) this was made way before the VIP claws and The Unwelcome Weapons even came out.

@jacoblegoLEGO Well, thay are in fm for a very cheap price.As for hunting for em, i believe turning in badges will give you a chance to get some. i am not so sure tho.
I normaly just bought em for 499k in fm.

@zumbaba214 Heck no =P i sold it back before Pot/vip weps came out.
Back in the day it was worth so much.i use to hunt badges for em man, was a great profit back then.
