Dan Dan Noodles 担担麺

japanese version of dan dan noodles(担担面) are served with full of soup unlike the original Chinese dan dan noodles. Basically it's a mixture of dan dan and ramen. Many dan dan noodles are very spicy & hot as you can imagine from the red soup in this video.
