Well, "Ariel" is a male name where I live.

It's no surprise that this game would include cameos of Kirby since this game was developed by Hal Laboratories,the same company that made the adventures of Lolo games and they're most Popular Kirby franchise.lol
Even some of the music in this game sounds very Kirby-ish.lol

@View100 If Ariel means "Lion of God", wouldn't that make Ariel a male name?
I say this, because a Lion is male, as opposed to Lioness.
If it ment something like (for example) "Child" of God, then it would be undoubtfully unisex.

@PEJPBengtzone Do you know the new kirby game, kirby mass attack? it's gonna be released th 19th of september. In that game there is a minigame called kirby master. Search for it on youtube and look at the title screen of that minigame. Then, compare it to the title screen of arcana. You will be amazed.

There's two of Kirby in around 1:50.

This is a good game but it has some glaring issues: MP so expensive you can't afford to use offensive spells except from your spirit as they regen. 100 gold for 15 MP when you get like 20 per battle is a joke. 500 to refuel in the field? Return rings are not bad at 100, but only save half the trudging & with random battles every 5 seconds its going to be a slow trudge, why not just make them TPs? No mana regen & virtually no pickups you end up using your spellcaster as a second rate melee.

@leakesonasucs it's not a well known game. it's got good music and challenging gameplay though, so it's good if you're in the mood for something hard. and long. and that's what she said.

0:50 why would you need permission from someone to do a let's play? i find that incredibly silly :|

@View100 First time I heard that name was in this game and I fell in love with it!... until I heard references about the Little Mermaid.
Disney ruined my life =(

@leakesonasucs Cool story bro
Ariel is a unisex name. It literally means "Lion of God" in Hebrew.
