This video have the point in some ways, but as a Singaporean you must think the long term issues ... too much freedom and democracy can destabilized this very small country which has not enough resources to support the people. One serious single mistake can lead to revolutions, civil wars, economic downturn, 3rd world status, security issues, and chaos.
