  • Sorry, not too sure. I'm 85kg and can 1 arm press the 40. don't know if there are any percentages out there. there was some text somewhere that gave %'s across the body for lifts, but can't remember who worte that. will dig it out!

  • Those are nearly as heavy as the kettlebells i lift!!

  • Christ Tommy, you made that look so easy , thats incredible strength, any of you barbell guys doubt this....go and try and clean just one 40kg and press it........ and I will see you in A+E

  • Good work. Not many men who can MP their bodyweight.

  • For those guys who think that presssing a bar is harder I'd like to point out two things; one is that a kettlebell handle is much thicker requiring alot more grip strength than used when lifting a bar and two; a kettle bell is extremely awkwark to lift compared to barbell and dumbells. The long bones of your arm will support the centred weight of a barbell/dumbell whereas the kettlebells requires way more auxillary muscles to balance and control it.

  • actually id have to disagree with you bars are harder in my opinoin because you wrists cant move with theese your free and not stationary

  • Counting is not your strong suit huh? The kettlebells add up to 176 pounds, and 176 lbs kettlebells would be the equivalent to about 220 pounds straight bar military press.

  • eh not so impressive idk about thoes ball thingys but i can miliray press with a straight bar 110 lbs

  • What are good/strong/very strong presses with the 1 arm military press as a % of your body weight?

  • Отлично пожал!

  • pretty good lift. I have one bulldog and I'm trying to do strict press with that one arm at a time. Could do my right arm but my left is weaker. COuld only manage 3 reps strict press on right and left only one rep. I imagine double bulldog is so much harder.
