Kim's case is easy enough. To put things simply, and in the same context. The US mail service (which is federal) cannot go looking thru peoples mail, it's privacy infringement. Mail thats delivered all over the country.. but if someone were to put anthrax in an envelope and mail it, and people die from it, is the mail service provider held responsible? (that being the federal gov). well... everyone would agree NO. doesn't the same rule apply for a digital mailing service?

Even if Kim was responsible for anything (which I don't think he is), the US government has no right to police the world. It's ridiculous what our politicians think they have the right to do.

    Go Fuck Yourself.

Don't you understand Kim has done NOTHING wrong.

Piracy is everywhere, Megaupload was started to share files LEGALLY.

What users did is no fault of Kim Dotcom, he was simply trying to run a legitimate business when he was forcibly taken from his home, his assets frozen, and the USA doing many illegal things such as taking his hard drives out of New Zealand without authorization.

Kim Dotcom is an innocent man.

Besides, I don't see anyone who would want to pirate your shit anyway
