1979 Reese's Pieces commercial

This was one of the first commercials for Reese's Pieces. It's like, um, one of those other candies out there, except this has peanut butter instead of, uh, what that other candy has.

Anyone know the name of the guy singing this? He did a lot of commercials back then.
