This is my first time editing a video, just threw a few clips together from my pull up variation back day workout. The strength back workout will be out next!

WORK OUT:
Weighted Pull ups 3x8
Weighted Close Grip Pull ups 3x8
Wide Grip Pull ups 3x8
Behind Neck Pull ups 3x8
Deadlift (easy weight) 3x10-15
Inner Back 3x10

  • funny, if you do pullup like that, you are not isolating back, you hit tricept, chest, and anterior delt
