hi!! i'm not an expert on making movies buuuut i think i can say i know a thing or two about horrormovies! i loved it!! made me jump a few times and got me at one point thinking about turning on the lights ;) this is the first movie in a long time that had an effect on me like that and i've seen them all (well most of them ;)

oh btw very important: i loved that you had simple special effects!!!! most horrormovies overdo them and ruin the tension

@magsda Thx for enjoying Ominous, it's our first attempt at a super natural thriller. where a small independent studio out here in Las Vegas NV, we hope to be able to make another movie soon. I have to admit our score was simple amazing, we found a young and very talented music composer from the Netherlands named Siddhartha Barnhoorn, I look forward to be able to work with him again.

To be honest, I love horror, and it is hard to shoot a "good" horror film these days. I had a hint it was an independent movie right away when the father started talking about packing the bags, it sounded written and fake to be honest. You understand creepy elements, so that's good. Don't overuse them though, I realized there were A LOT of them in this trailer. Hope your film production company does well, keep us updated.

i saw the movie and although i ve seen lots of ghost movies till now and i was afraid that the film was gonna be another ring type movie it wasnt.The acting was good and conviecing specially from the little blond girl and it was scary in lots of parts.its one of those movies that you have to see it with the lights turned of in the night time to live the experience lol and the ending was moving and unaxpected

i didnt get 1 thing about this movie at all! why on earth would all the characters in this movie prefer to live in dark and restrain themselves from turning on the lights in the house when weird things are happening around? last thing that i wud probably do when i see a ghost is turning out the lights in my room, lol. may be its bcoz they r very... very... Energy Savvy people!..... Hmmmm!
