I think luffy and nami's relationship was alrdy implied, ginzou basically gave nami to luffy, ifya recall the arlong park arc, and nami is the only crew member luffy ever gave his strawhat to. you dont really see the other crew members wearing it other than nami x3 just saying...

i just started watching one piece. got to ep 360 now and i support namixluffy more then sanjixnami xD but also other than luffy entrusting nami with his hat also when nami hits luffy he is hurt even thought he is rubber. when the straw hats met luffys grandpa and he punshed luffy and he was hurt garp said that nothing can beat the fist of love xD thats why i believe in luffy x nami more then ever after ep lololol
