Beer League Hockey in Austin, TX

This is the concept trailer for the sports reality docudrama called "Beer League".
Business plans and episode descriptions are available for investors. Show production will include writing, production and editing. The target audience is adult males from 18-45 who have an interest in competitive sports, in addition to hardcore hockey players and fans. It will also help to promote an interest in adult league hockey around the country, which intern helps to cultivate additional NHL hockey fans.

Thanks for the good comments. The I35 rink is sold and gone, but hockey in Austin isn't. Holding out hope that the right investors will finally come through on a new venue here. Clearly, there is a robust and growing hockey community here and if run correctly, there is a lot of money to be made. I'm considering standing in front of the Northcross rink with a tin cup and ringing a bell to raise the funds.

Great concept---would it be just at that single rink and league or are your plans to have it being filmed at multiple rinks?

Would be especially popular in cities that have an NHL Team--bringing back the old timers from that city's team to be involved.

Thanks. Idea is to feature a single rink here in Austin, TX. This is partly the lure because it is hockey here in a place which has just seen over 45 days of 100 degree plus temperatures. Not where you would expect to see good hockey. It will also be important because we would want to include cameras embeded in the boards to help capture the action.

This seems great. Hockey needs something like this. Hopefully bettman sees this and helps make it happen.
