@mirakulboy You describe exactly how I felt when I saw her perform Hallelujah at the Juno awards (on T.V). It is the most breathtaking live performance I've ever witnessed. Of course I've done many repeats on the 'tube. :)

It's a revelatory performance. And it's not just the astonishing power of her voice that's so moving, but her physical interpretation. Her gestures and expressions add such nuance and meaning to the lyric. I am in awe, truly. Just beautiful.

I absolutely love her version of this Leonard Cohen song! She has a voice like no one else. I could listen to her for hours! She is fabulous and an incredible singer! God Bless her.....:)

Absolutely phenomenal talent. While it is a guilty pleasure that I can count myself among those who know how great she is, I wish that the music industry, and the listening public in general, made artists like kd the norm; the popular; the celebrated, instead of the medicore drivel that is pushed and rewarded with massive album sales.
