  • @agenthelios1 I love how you assume they didn't realize that they were essentially making a Hydrogen bomb. As soon as the car detects a crash (not a fender-bender mind you), the hydrogen capsule will automatically depressurize the hydrogen in a safe way. If the capsule doesn't end up being damaged in the crash, all you have to do is simply refill it.

  • Great Idea GM, only problem is that if someone wrecks with hydrogen tanks in their car the damn thing will explode like a bomb.

Also given the fact this lady is a bimbo and employed with GM what do you think of their decision making? FAIL!

  • Its an suv thats cool, green but yet big! = me so horny. haha

  • @xexkxex That's not always true. Some people are just curious about the price. After all, no one's just gonna go to GM and say, "Oh I like this new Equinox you guys have, I'll buy I don't care what it costs." Even a wealthier person would be curious about the price. Just saying. Just because you ask the price doesn't mean anything.

  • Nice design.

Although it would be of little use up north. Unless you could have the fuel cell generate quite a bit of heat.

At -10c or colder even the hybrids require an additional heater.

Would be nice to try out in the summer.

I would be curious to see a compact fuel cell to run an electric ATV. For curiosity sake at least.

  • Not enough hydrogen stations in the nation (let alone one city) to produce them yet.

  • the new 2010 equinox is 10x better looking than the previous gen. for 30k you can get a fully loaded one. great choice for a crossover!

  • Stupid. I think chevy is doing it right with the volt.

  • They go around $30,000 or so, right? The 2010? I'm getting mine next year, for my 21st bday :]

  • It shouldn't even be about money
