3 Nanday Conures~ Kirk still needs a home.

This is Kirk, Beeper and Dusty from left to right. Beeper and Dusty found a home but Kirk was left behind.

Nandays are the louder of the bird world of course due to their natural instincts. They can still be wonderful pets.

Im a little weirded out by this talk of bannign Nandays...Why? It doesnt make sense to me at all. I work with Parrots, and I cant imagine what would make them banned?!? They are loud? Well, yes, but they are conures...Maybe not great for apartment dwellers, but other than that, what is the problem? I dont get it????

Apparently Congress hasn't been around a really upset Moluccan Cockatoo or Blue and Gold Macaw and I hope they never are.

The last one they tried to make all city chicken owners bring their chickens inside their house so neighbors couldn't ever hear see them.

That is just ridicules. Although many have one chicken as an indoor pet, several would just be to much and no one would get free backyard eggs any more.

Keep your eyes open. There is always some dumb ... he heh out there that wants to make ridicules demands that they have no business in.

Yes even worse they came back just a few months later with this bill HR669 and tried to make it illegal for any one to own an exotic pet of any kind. It would have made it so you couldn't even transport your pet to the vet. You would have received a fine if caught or possible worse.

That was shot down also. I also signed that petition. Its a good idea to watch the petitions out there and read them before you sign them .

Congress wanted to kill all Nanday Conures? WTF?!?! That is no fair and a stupid use of resources. I am really happy that the bill died and was not allowed to pass. Governments can be so stupid at times...

As well, the babies in this vid are sooo cute! They all love each other eh? I'm happy to hear that Dusty and Beeper went together but I'm a little sad for Kirk because his buddies are gone now. :( I know you'll find him a good home. :)
