近來d男人晚晚睇波,女人可能會好悶,悶就想食野,但三更夜半食野好容易易肥架嘛,要知道有咩野係又好味又健康,但係又唔怕肥既呢?等我Maggie話你知啦!
我介紹大家做一個「鮮雜果涼粉」,首先就放d涼粉啦,可以用粒狀,如果想口感好d,就將佢切成條狀,跟手就落糖水,如果想唔想咁肥就落少d或者唔落啦。
然後就加奶,令到佢滑d,想效果好d就放甜既忌廉奶。之後就係我最鍾意既生果,例如火龍果、奇異果,咁就健康,食起上來都好開心d,而我既至愛士多啤梨就一定唔少得,因為佢有豐富既維他命C,對女士係好好架,有養顏作用呀嘛!
呢個甜品又好食又有益又唔肥,賣相又靚,顏色鮮艷,又紅又綠,係咪冇介紹錯呢?
