This video has been made for Oxfam GB as part of the YouTube Cannes Young Lions Ad Contest.
We've seen so many TV commercials shout about global warming, climate change, etc, etc...
But in the production and the broadcast, most of them consumed a lot energy, starts from the production... the shooting... up to the editing and the broadcasting.
We thought why don't we create an environmental friendly TV commercial?

  • haha... well... if you look at it statistically... a vast majority of people around the world have CRT monitors... more people have CRT's then LCD/Plasma's therefore even if he increased the consumption on LCD/Plasma screens he still reduced the overall consumption around the world!! haha
