@copiloteful - HEY THERE! The pick does not do any damage to the strings, it glides over them in fact.
The DiMarzio pickups I'm using are:
DP216FCR – Mo’ Joe - Bridge
DP181CR – Fast Track 1 - Middle
DP184CR – Chopper - Neck
