When the younger kids were fighting, the one used terrible form on his throw, but that's the nature of this type of fighting, good form isn't required since it's all choreagraphed and all these people would be destroyed in a real fight. I'm not saying that it's easy because it's really really hard, but it's useless.

well, I do have to give you some credit, but it's not completely useless.
For one, it trains thier body, so I don't think they'd be "destroyed in a real fight"
two, if done correctly, doing a some of these moves can effectively scare away some opponents without actually fighting them.
