Keyboard - C, E & Q all at the same time.
X360 Pad - RT, RB, & LB all at the same time.
PS2 Pad - R1, R2 & L1 all at the same time.
Or whatever buttons you have assigned to these buttons.

This is true, I forgot to mention that, thanks Alfred.
Though you can use a PS2 pad for the PC and use those buttons to dive.

He got booked for diving. First look I thought definite dive, but looking at it over and over not so sure now. Full game is great though.
