In sooo scared of flat ironing my sslocks. The ones in the front seem kinda weak anyway and many of them seem to be thinning so...No for right now.
-
So pretty ! You can roll it too/
-
I cringed as I watched you torture your beautiful locs! Did you know that constant use of the flat iron will PERMANENTLY flatten your locs?! After so long of doing this your locs will keep the flat shape and no longer will retain the round shape of a normal loc. and how do I know? My first set of locs! I did the same thing you just did!! Good luck!

love, love, love it! how creative!
-
Very nice. I'm just concerned does that cause damage to the locs?
-
Very beautiful!!!

I love it! You make me want to go and color my hair this color soo bad! LOVE IT!!
-
Very pretty!!! You can also get the same look on Caruso Steam Rollers, using large rollers. Plus it's less damaging too.

Very nice job, looks so very neat. Never knew you could do this with sisterlocks.

@naomirain...most of my locks are sealed at the ends. The perimeter and the crown of my head have not completely locked yet. I believe these areas have loose ends because my hair texture is softer there. Yes, I do have buds and started getting them at about 6 months. If you have any more questions, please ask. Enjoy your journey!
