@19Callum95 Hello, you have to take it all apart. Follow the steps in my video. then you have to look at the bottom part of your LCD, one of the clips or metal holders slipped out of the gold plated or copper holder it is supposed to be under. It is hard to explain but you won't be able to simply push it back in. thanks.

@DynamiteDiamondsz Hello, you most likely need to buy a new lcd screen and put it on. I'd advise looking for a local repair guy to do it for you.

Any help?
Hi, i have a white screen of death problem occassionally. i took the phone apart and replaced the slectrical tape with new electrical tape, as i was told this would fix the white screen of death problem. But i powered it up again and it was white screen of death. Im wondering if you know a fix to my issue?

@XXXcamdamanxXx Hello you have to get a new LCD screen. And install it. Make sure you get the right version. IF you will order it online I highly recommend the supplier link in my description. thanks.

the camera on my blackberry bold 9780 always had some problems, but when i did a battery pull it would be fine. but it stopped working altogether and now when i try to take pictures or i open up the video camera the screen is black, any ideas on how to fix this problem? its a brand new phone and my service provider wants $150 to fix it instead of giving me a new one.. please help if you can!

@benz1369 Hello you may just need a new camera. It wouldn't be so hard no expensive to replace yourself. But it also may not be that. I'd advise taking it somewhere to get it diagnosed. Not to the service provider but to a local smartphone repair person.
