Captain Jack&Ianto - In The Arms of the Angel

Well, my heart officially broke last night when Ianto Jones died in Captain Jack's arms. I personally think its a huge mistake (Ianto was my favourite character *tear*) although beautifully written and acted. Full credit to Russell T Davies though for the best five hours of Television I have seen in a long while.

So this is a tribute to an amazing couple featuring Ianto's dying moments, and showing their relationship, to the beautiful song "Angel" by Sarah McLachlan.

R.I.P Ianto - You'll never be just a blip in time. Not for me. *sobs*

OMG!!!! i loved Ianto.... i could not believe they killed him off! *sob* the show will never be the same. *sniff*

i still can believe that even on Ianto's death bed, that jack couldn't say that he loved him! i was like OMGWTFBBQ!

i still love the idea of them as a couple, and i'm going to miss their sexyness, but jack is an ass without Ianto to straighten him out. I'm not sure i'll watch torchwood any more, even if they do bring it back. unless they bring back Ianto too. then i'll watch it!!!

If you have listened to the radio plays, you might feel differently. In the final on, The Dead Line, Jack says the line directly to Ianto, "You will never be just a blip in time, Ianto Jones. Not for me." I took this as Jack saying he did love him and he wouldn't ever forget him. This was the only thing that calmed my fangirl after nearly a week of rampaging.

@CrazyPersonTV If you listen to the radio play House of Dead, you will feel better about the whole Jack not saying I love you thing. In that play Jack is drawn to this place that is said to have spirits of the dead. He sees Ianto and they have a little heart to heart so to speak. Anyways, seriously listen to it...its like a great way to end things for them...

oh my gosh.... i started watching the series and i got through the whole 3 seasons in about a month, i have been watching it obsessively lol, and one of my favorite things about the show was jack and ianto, and then ianto died and i was crying, it was so heartbreaking

T.T I'm crying again, lol I should really stop watching these sad videos! I miss Ianto! Why did he have to die? Torchwood will never be the same. lol Maybe I will just delete Children of Earth from my memories and pretend it never happened . . . Even though it was a brilliant 5 hours of TV, possibly the best I've seen.
