Microwave Research: Request for Information from Surete du Quebec

Depuis le mois de Septembre je suis visé par micro-ondes puissantes (radar) dans mon appartement à 1870 apt Robinson. 301 1L6 H7T à QC Laval.

1) Je n'ai pas accès à la protection et les services de la Police de Laval compte tenu du fait qu'ils n'acceptent pas les plaintes pénales de moi.

2) Un autre problème est que j'ai été informé par un membre de la Police de Laval dept. qu'elles se réfèrent toutes les plaintes de ce type de harcèlement criminel en utilisant une procédure d'envoi de clients à des travailleurs sociaux, psycho-social, ou la psychiatrie.

Je tiens à vous informer que je fais aussi des recherches sur le harcèlement psychologique et le harcèlement criminel, qui peut inclure l'utilisation de ce type de technologie.

Quel recours puis-je avoir pour résoudre ce problème.

Since the month of September I am targeted by powerful microwaves (radar) at my apartment at 1870 Robinson apt. 301 H7T 1L6 in Laval QC.

1) I do not have access to the protection and services of the Laval Police given the fact that they do not accept any criminal complaints from me.

2) Another problem is that I was informed by a member of the Laval Police dept. that they refer any complaints of this type of criminal harassment by using a procedure of sending clients to social workers, psycho-social, or psychiatry.
