This is an excerpt from part 3b of Animator Friendly Rigging, an educational DVD series by Jason Schleifer. It teaches people how to create animation rigs that are fun, easy to use, and solve as many of the animator's problems as possible. This excerpt demonstrates using a previously created twisting bone segment with an arm rig. The idea is to create 3 points (shoulder, elbow, wrist) and based on that it allows you to work fk/ik/whatever and it will automatically create the twist correctly.
