You are right to follow a raw diet. My name is Mia, I am Mimi's daughter. I am also raw, my mom and I started it together. Even though she has been a vegetarian since she was 30 I can tell you going raw has taken her to another level of beauty and health. I feel blessed to have gone through the raw transformation with my mother. I think everyone should make the transition with a buddy. You are both a great voice for the raw community. I go through the emotional detox also. I just think it's funny because when that happens I want to tell everyone to get bent. LOL
