This is a great dip for kids on Halloween. Call it worms or guts...... If you are serving for adults add some chili powder and tabasco sauce. I used pork since it tends to stay stringy. You can use any ground meat you like. You are cooking this on high heat, till your second cup of water. Lower heat to medium and let it absorb. Entire recipe takes about one hour. You are serving this with salty chips, so I have not added that much salt. You can serve this as meal over rice, but add some salt. Enjoy.
