  • lol thats actually kind of funny

  • it's simple. Just press z or r twice....

  • @primalrage42 This are horrible instructional videos. Did you see the OTHER one? The superman fall? Good grief! I totally agree with you. Who is this woman? She doesn't sound like she has ANY experience in roller derby.

  • How is flailing and rolling falling small? Ladies please DO NOT DO THIS!!! This is dangerous on so many levels not to mention adding undue stress to shoulders, hips, and any other area not covered in padding. Yes, these falls are common in bouts when the skaters are inexperienced and that's how skaters retire.

  • HOW DO YOU SKATE SIDEWAYS???

  • always sounds out of breath!!

  • BATMAN!

  • WTF! why are they using there hands to get up?!? use your fucking toestops! or your gonna get your hands skated over.

  • @thefifthbeatle138 frankly, I've never seen a barrel roll used in a bout where a knee slide wouldn't have been several times MORE effective. Barrel rolls are inherently dangerous as they cannot ever be considered "falling small" which means this "play" can instantly be considered a penalty. There is no rule about having to get up in 3 seconds. If you have destroyed the pack by being out of play, then you have 3 seconds, but otherwise, it does not apply.

  • @pisswizard LOL YOU CANT HANDLE IT! Has naybody noticed that they just squirm about on their ass then take a few seconds to get back up? There is no point to this.
