Ok so I decided I'll do this since I just found out about this thing and it's interesting to see how different people from different regions of the US say/pronounce things differently.

Say These Words: Aunt, Route, Wash, Oil, Theater, Iron, Salmon, Caramel, Fire, Water, Sure, Data, Ruin, Crayon, Toilet, New Orleans, Pecan, Both, Again, Probably, Spitting Image, Alabama, Lawyer, Coupon, Mayonnaise, Syrup, Pajamas, Caught

Now answer these questions:

What is it called when you throw toilet paper on a house?
What is the bug that when you touch it, curls into a ball?
What is the bubbly carbonated drink called?
What do you call gym shoes?
What do you say to address a group of people?
What do you call the kind of spider that has an oval-shaped body and extremely long legs?
What do you call your grandparents?
What do you call the wheeled contraption in which you carry groceries at the supermarket?
What do you call it when rain falls while the sun is shining?
What is the thing you change the TV channel with?

  • @X2N18 Haha I'm glad people find it amusing when I try and talk southern... lol

  • greetings erm sorry for bothering, this may sound dumb but.. how it is like living in Olympia? i'm moving to Olympia so i just want to get to know a bit of it! so since i think you are familiar with it why not ask :D

  • @X2N18 Olympia is wonderful! :D what area are you moving to? You will find that Olympia actually defines a large area... There's the west side (which is the mall area), there's downtown, there's Lacey which is kind of part of Olympia, and then there's Hawk's Prarie which is technically Olympia (and it's the part of Oly I live in) which technically shouldn't be called Olympia since it's more in Lacey... It's confusing but a very awesome area. I love the intercity transit bus system. :)

  • @Katiedid92 well mate... i have no idea yet where but i know is in Olympia lol xD i'm glad to hear is a wonderful place i know i will love it! :D one of the things i have in mind is i hope there is a Cinema! i can;t live without a Theater an the Popcorn ._.! can't forget the nachos!!! ._.!

  • @X2N18 Yes, yes we have multiple movie theaters/cinemas. I like Regal 16 best but Century in the mall is pretty good too. I think they both serve nachos. Popcorn is highway robbery though... My family usually goes to the shopko right by Regal 16 and sneak in cheaper candy. ;)
