Please note that if you're installing this station on your SMP server and your server runs the CraftBook mod, you will need to disable some of CraftBook's minecart enhancements, otherwise the station's sorting and dispenser mechanisms will not work. Try fiddling with the "minecart-slow-when-empty" config option in CraftBook to fix this. Thanks to BlastinTrex and letsagomariostyle for finding and pinpointing this incompatibility.

@MrUberbongo I haven't used WorldEdit recently, but many months ago WorldEdit had some issues importing the track orientations in the station correctly. They may have fixed that in the meantime, but I do know that at least MCEdit imports the station properly.

@FryingGamers In MCEdit, select the area you want to replace, then use the 'Replace' tool to replace all grey wool blocks into whatever block you'd like.
