@cutericepanda Hi cutericepanda to go through your company implies that you will need to reach out to the person in charge of the BlackBerry Enterprise Server at your place of business. These types of email setups are secure so you will not be able to access your work email through Windows Live Messenger. For further assistance, please contact a Business Support Specialist by visiting our Business Support Page and click on the "Chat Now" button.

Hello cutericepanda. BES stands for BlackBerry Enterprise Server. This type of email configuration is done for corporate email. To reach your administrator, you will need to go through your company/work to gather email account and password information. and i don't know how to reach my BES email admistrator for the password

To set up your BlackBerry Enterprise email you must reach out to your BES email administrator for the password. They will provide you with the required information you need to establish your account. If you are still unable to establish filters once your BES email is set up, this could be due to restrictions set up by your BES administrator. If Further assistance is needed Please contact a Business Support Specialist by visiting our Business Support Page and clicking on the "Chat Now" button.
