Are there any online sources for learning the skills starting at 23 seconds in the video? Are there any prerequisites? I have front and back levers, along with straddle planches. I am currently working on iron crosses but I still have no idea how to progress to what you were doing
@VnApro there are no online sources that i'm aware of. back lever, along with an extremely comfortable german hang, should definitely be a pre-requisites for training any one arm skills that end in or pass through the side planche position at 31 and 41 seconds. I don't think front lever should necessarily be a pre-requisite, but having that strength would be very helpful. having a really strong L-hang is important, along with one arm hanging shrugs
@VnApro I don't really know the one arm skills on straps well enough to feel comfortable trying to coach them over the internet, there can be very difficult and are extremely taxing on the shoulders (lots of stress in very extreme ranges of motion) I'd advise you to play with it very very slowly, starting with just trying to get into the side planche position 31 and 41 seconds, and the meat hook at 23 seconds. Beyond that, I'd suggest looking for circus schools and a good spotter.
Do you think you will ever get a manna? You come closer than a lot of other people, but not sure whether it will ultimately be enough, but good luck to you!
@Multilingualtricker Im certain that I could get there eventually If i put enough work into it, but I'm not sure I really care about the position enough to do that. I want to have a really strong v-sit, but the manna isn't necessarily on my list of long term goals.
